The Seitai Hoshika
The Seitai Hoshikai (Handmaids of the Holy Eucharist) (English website) is an order of nuns living in Akita whose chapel houses the famed 'Our Lady of Akita' statue. This statue shed tears 101 times over a period of 6 years between 1975 and 1981.
